At this project, CAC® Hyperfluid HR 120 was successfully deployed on M40 grade concrete for marine piling with the following specifications:

Pile Diameter: 2.5 meters
Pile Length: 34 meters
Concrete Quantity: 164 cu.m.

With an optimized dosage of 1.0% to 1.2%, the concrete achieved up to 8 hours of retention, maintaining excellent fluidity and cohesion throughout pumping and placement. The result was smooth execution, reliable performance, and enhanced placement efficiency, even under demanding marine conditions.

Developed using advanced in-house polycarboxylate-based technology, the CAC® Hyperfluid HR series is engineered to deliver extended workability, excellent rheology, and consistent performance without the need for additional retarders or complex dual-package systems. This makes it an ideal solution for large pours, long haul distances, and challenging site conditions, particularly in marine and infrastructure projects.
