Male to Thilafushi Bridge Link Project, Maldives

Male to Thilafushi link project, popularly known as the Greater Male Connectivity Project (GMCP) is a $530-million contract is a $530-million contract executed by the Shapoorji Pallonji Group firm Afcons Infrastructure Ltd. Tipped to be the largest-ever infrastructure project in the Republic of Maldives, the Exim Bank of India extends credit to this project under the Indian grant and Line of Credit (LoC) scheme. The road project, which includes a 6.7-km-long bridge and causeway network connecting Male, Villingili, Gulhifalhu and Thilafushi Islands.
