The LNG Terminal project at Jafrabad in Amreli district, Gujarat, involves setting up a 5 MMTPA LNG port for regasification using a Floating Storage Regasification Unit (FSRU) and a Floating Storage Unit (FSU). The capacity can be expanded to 10 MMTPA in the future. Developed under a concession from the Gujarat Maritime Board (GMB), the project has obtained Environmental Clearance and CRZ approval from the Ministry of Environment and Forests, Government of India.
